Lumoback will correct your attitude with your smartphone

Recently I threw my back. I can either lie down, stand, or sit in a difficult corner at the moment, and that’s pretty much it. Needless to say, I have suddenly developed an intense interest in the backrest and skin care systems, which is why I bring you the Lumo, a device that seemed vaguely silly two weeks ago but now has my full, undivided attention.

The Lumoback is actually pretty simple, how it works. You strap the sensor on your back; It is quite discreet and has a low profile, so no one will notice that you have a bunch of wires and sensors to drive tailbone. When you slouch, it vibrates slightly, so you know that hey, dude, you’re throwing your back. The sensors actually monitor your pelvis to make sure you’re getting a neutral pelvic alignment: Essentially, make sure your weight is evenly distributed, not resting on one leg or the other, shuffling over, and so on.

There is also an app that is currently only available for iOS, which serves as both the brain of the device, and will also track your attitude over time. So, if you’re going to improve your back, or if it’s something that will make it worse, you’ll be able to track exactly where your pelvis is at any given time. It’s usually just last month: that’s how long the sensor data is saving

Uh, maybe we should put it another way.

Anyway, the idea is that as you improve your posture over time, you will be able to see the health benefits of just getting up, which seem to be more physically attractive and confident people for a low back pain, especially because of you is just standing.

Regardless of whether that’s actually the case, an open question to some doctors, but, hell, it certainly can not hurt. If you are sick of slouching and want to start impressing people, the Lumoback will run you $ 149
